Useful Eye Exercises
Perform the following Eye Exercises that will relieve the eyes from strains.
- Exercise for the Pupil – rotate the pupils up and down for at least 6 times while keeping the neck straight.
- Palming – sit relaxed with legs folded on a chair and rest the elbows on the table. Keep the palms of both hands on the cheeks, close both the eyes and cover them with the hands. Do it for approximately 10 to 20 minutes.
- Blinking – blink the eyes at least ten times continuously while doing constant work with eyes.
- Put your palms on your eyes. Sit with your elbows on your knees and palms on your closed eyes. Do it softly so that no pressure is exercised on the eyeballs.
- Keep your head stationary and then move your eyes upward and then downwards. Move your eyes left and right. Repeat this process at least 10 times.
- Focus your gaze on your index finger extended outward and try to view a distant object across it just as you are taking aim. Repeat it twenty times.
- Close your eye and move your body from right to left. This should be done as you face the early morning sun. Sprinkle cold water over your eyes and then dry them with a soft piece of cloth.
All the exercises suggested here should be done while your body is completely relaxed. It will help to make the eyes healthier and more beautiful.
